Survival Guide

This is a low cost event so the accomadations provided will be basic. 

Food and Water

Bring your own plates, bowls, cups and utensils for eating; your own easy-to-prepare food and a potluck dish if you are arriving on Friday night. We will have a water filling station but please bring your own water vessel. There will be a community meal provided on Saturday night. We will do our best to accomodate all dietery needs.

 

Clothing

The entire convergence is outside. It will most likely get hot during the day (high 70’s). Please keep yourselves comfortable with clothing for hot days and or rainy days! 

 
Tools

Please bring any of the following tools if you can: shovels, rakes, mattocks, pitch forks, gloves. Make sure to label your tool just incase it is misplaced.

 
Camping and Accomodations

Onsite camping is provided at no additional cost. It’s not back woods and it’s not KOA either. Please bring your own chairs, flashlights and anything else you think you might need to be comfortable. There will be spots for small RVs and campers, but there will be no water or electric hookups.

 

We will have a porta poti and a composting toilets available with hand washing stations adjacent.

Free Exchange

Please bring items to the free exchange. Here are some examples:

 

  • Produce

  • Teas

  • Canned Goods

  • Root Cuttings

  • Plants

  • Seeds

  • Clothing

 

If you do bring something and it has not been taken it is your responsibility to take it back with you.
